General terms and conditions

The rented capacity cannot accommodate more people than stated in the reservation and not more than the number of people allowed for each capacity. Each adult, including children, is considered a person.

  • Bed linen is included in the rental price in all accommodations, except in caravans. Towels are included only in the comfort bungalow, superior mobile home and studio/room. Towels can be rented elsewhere.
  • Bed linen is changed weekly for 14-day rentals or more.
  • Bed linen for caravan rentals: blankets and pillows are included in the price, sheets and pillowcases are available for an additional fee.
  • Parking for one car is usually at the capacity, or nearby and is included in the price.
  • Pets - only one dog (smaller breed and nice behaved) with mandatory written confirmation from the administration or the place of reservation and the dog owner's obligation to strictly comply with the camp's house rules. In mobile homes, fisherman houses, rooms and studios, and comfort bungalows, pets are allowed only with the agency's express written permission and in compliance with the rules.

  • Day of arrival: the capacity can be occupied from 2pm - 7pm or later by arrangement.
  • Day of departure: the capacity must be vacated after a preliminary inspection by the management, by 10am.
  • The capacity must be left clean, especially the kitchen area - dishes washed and put away, the stove cleaned, the floors swept.
  • Final cleaning of the capacity: 30,00 € for a caravan, mobile/fisherman houses and 50,00 € for a room, studio, bungalow and superior mobile home.
  • Additional cleaning where a dog has stayed: + 30,00 €.

 

  • Deposit: guests pay a deposit upon arrival.
  • In the equivalent of 50,00 € for renting a mobile/fisherman house, a caravan.
  • 100,00 € for renting a room, studio, comfort bungalow and superior mobile home, which will be refunded upon final inspection of the accommodation, which must be left clean and without damage, or in the same condition as when received.

RESERVATIONS

  • You can make a reservation via the website, e-mail or phone.
  • It is possible to reserve a specific type of capacity or type of plot, but not the exact location.
  • The reservation fee for plots B and C is 20,00 €, and for a specific plot  campers, caravan A , B sea site  the reservation amount is 30,00 €.
  • The reservation is confirmed upon payment of 30% of the amount calculated according to the pro forma invoice no later than the specified deadline.
  • The difference to the final amount must be paid before the start of the holiday.


CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

  • Cancellation more than 31 days from the start of the holiday, the deposit paid will be returned, reduced by administrative costs.
  • Cancellation less than 31 days - the deposit will be retained, except in cases of illness or death.
